says this AP report. Oh, wait a minute. It's "because of the state's robust economy," and "As the state has posted among the lowest jobless rates in the nation, claims have dropped precipitously, leading to sharp reductions in funding."
That can't be right, can it? What is Dr. Dean going to say now?
