This is about the best and most constructive idea I've heard yet. C'mon, Rudy. Just do it. It may also give you a better idea of how local officials are supposed to interact with federal officials. If what Rep. John Sweeney, R-N.Y., says is accurate, then the locals are supposed to be running the show. That's what Giuliani did on and after 9/11. That ain't happening in New Orleans.
