New Orleans Mayor goes off the deep end
What is this? This guy needs to be relieved of command and sent to a recovery facility in, say, Colorado or Alaska or someplace. Not only is he primarily responsible for the death toll and the suffering of the people who elected him, he's also nuts. I think what is happening to him is that he is beginning to realize his culpability in the disasterous aftermath of Hurricane Katrina. That's why all the weepiness from Louisiana Governor Kathleen Babineaux Blanco. It's beginning to sink in to her, also. And the governor of Mississippi whose Gulf coast took the full impact of Hurricane Katrina? Well, Haley Barbour is now described thusly by a former critic;
