What's with California prosecutors? They can't seem to get a conviction no matter what the defendant did nor how high is the mountain of evidence against him/her/it. If, in fact, the defendants in these high profile cases are innocent, why on earth were they put on trial in the first place? How big is California's budget surplus, did you say? They must have a lot of money to throw around.

I'm with you, it's almost comedic how these trials turn out. Screw the stock market, we'll just starting placing bets on California trials.
