German Chancellor Gerhard Schroeder kicked off his reelection campaign by attacking George Bush. I didn't know that Bush was running for office in Germany. Anyway, Schroeder, just as he did the last time around, is trying to kick up anti-American sentiments in order to garner votes. He hopes that the voters will put him back in office so that he may continue to steer Germany down the long path of economic and military decline. What a putz.
Is "putz" Yiddish? I certainly hope so.
