Vice President Dick "Wild Bill" Cheney shot a lawyer at a Texas ranch, Saturday. The boneheads on Cheney's staff, now to be known as The Hole-in-the-Wall gang, didn't announce it and only confirmed it on Sunday when called by a curious reporter. They apparently didn't want to unnecessarily divert attention from the always exiting and hyper-competitive NFL Pro Bowl, won yesterday by, uh, who cares? Sigh. We'll be hearing about this for the next, oh, 99 hours. No comment as yet from President George "Texas Jack" Bush.
