Of course Pfizer, the maker of Viagra, says,
"A review of 103 Viagra clinical trials involving 13,000 patients found no reports of naion," said a statement. Then comes the clever disclaimer:
"There is no evidence showing naion occurred more often in men taking Viagra than men of similar age and health who did not."
A spokesman said labels had been changed last year to give more information.Last year? So, this apparently did not come as new news to Pfizer.
Mark Martin's No. 6 Roush Racing Ford - 2005

The Nascar Drivers Association as well as the Nascar Team Owners have insisted that Mark Martin and Roush racing move to this car for the 2006 Nextel Championship series.

The reason for the switch should be obvious.
