UPI is reporting that two top Algerian diplomats were kidnapped in Baghdad today. Charge d'Affaires Ali Belaroussi and diplomatic attache Ezzedine Belfadi were snatched as they left a restaurant by 7 gunmen in two cars.
This follows by a couple of weeks the kinapping and reported killing of Egypt's ambassador in Iraq. There have been some reports sufacing in the last two days that he may still be alive.
